Gymnastics gets youngsters moving, laying the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle. Through gymnastics children develop fundamental movement skills so whatever activity they take up later in life; from dance to rugby; they’ll be fitter, faster, stronger more confident and co-ordinated. They’ll also develop important social skills like teamwork, self-confidence, trusting in others, and how to share by taking turns.
Suitable for children who are aged 18 months to 3 years. Helps to stimulate their imagination whilst building on the essential core skills: balance, co-ordination, strength endurance and flexibility. All of which are key building blocks for any sport as they grow.
Suitable for children who are aged 3 years to 5 years with no previous experience. Combining elements from the most popular types of gymnastics, there’s always a new move to discover, a new favourite skill to master and new friends to make.
Football provides many health benefits for children. It’s a physical game that provides an opportunity for players to improve their speed, agility strength and hand eye coordination and also lots of fun.
The aim of Jo Jingles is to encourage learning and development through fun and structured classes. All Jo Jingles sessions feature educational themes and a variety of activities to suit all children’s learning styles and preferences.
Sessions which develop racket skills, ball skills, circuit training and co-ordination skills.
